Ashley Dillard September 24, 2007 Gay Marriages The acceptance of gay marriages tends to vary throughout the world. While many areas continue to persecute the approval of homosexual unions, others have grown to accept it. Personally, I am rather indifferent to the concept of gay marriages. While I do not fully advocate it, I also do not denounce its existence. From a non-religious perspective, I believe that if two persons of the same sex desire to join in the union of marriage, they should be given the opportunity.
